Position: Mac/Apple OS X iOS Subject Matter Expert

This position will be in Hyderabad, India, but you will be working closely with the team in the United States through video chat, instant messaging, e-mail, phone, and through our software. It is important that you have excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral. We are a fast-paced company that is expanding rapidly, and we are seeking team members who will share our vision for the future and work collaboratively in order to accomplish GeekTek’s goals. Job Description :

  • Troubleshooting of all Apple products. (e.g. MacBook, I Mac, Macbook, IPad and I Phones).
  • Troubleshoot Pop up and Keychain issues on MAC.
  • Installation & Troubleshooting of printer and Wifi router in Apple Laptop and desktop.
  • Backup creation of Outlook, Apple mails, and entourage.
  • Supporting and troubleshooting Mac applications like Workgroup Admin, Configuring Mail chat, and Configuring Filevault and firewall.
  • Should work on ARDP, time machine backup tool, Adding Mac to Domain, and other Mac OS X tools like profile manager.
  • Support includes fault diagnosis and resolution of iPhone and Mac OS X, provide assistance to customer queries from problem initiation and resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • Should have experience of 4-8 years in MAC Troubleshooting/Windows troubleshooting.
  • Comfortable with a 24/7 working environment.
  • Should have good communication skills.
  • Should be comfortable with the voice-based process.
